Undergraduate Programs:

• Birth certificate
• Citizenship certificate, not older than 6 months.
• Original school leaving certificates and an original diploma of passing the matriculation, i.e. final exam (or a certified copy if a candidate applies for two or more study programs)
• Proof of payment of the fee for taking the entrance exam or an aptitude test 
• Medical certificate:
• For applying in:
• Faculty of Security Sciences and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports candidates are to submit a medical certificate issued by a registered health institution.
• Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka, in addition to a medical certificate, a certificate that no criminal proceedings are in progress against the candidate needs to be submitted.

Note: When enrolling in the University of Banja Luka, candidates are to submit a medical certificate to all the faculties except the Faculty of Security Sciences and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

Master’s  Programs:

• Birth certificate
• Citizenship certificate not older than 6 months.
• Original or certified copy of the Diploma on completed first cycle of studies.
• Certificate on passed exams on the first cycle of studies.
• Teaching Plan and Program (Curricula) of the previously completed studies (if studied on a different Faculty).
• Proof of payment for taking the entry exam, or aptitude check.
• Entry Exam.

Doctoral Program

• Birth certificate
• Citizenship certificate not older than 6 months
• Certified copy of the Diploma on completed I and II cycle, i.e. certified copy of the Diploma of undergraduate and master studies for pre-Bologna UNIVERSITY OF BANJA LUKA 15 students, that is, an equivalence of education profile acquired according to the previously valid regulations balanced with the title acquired upon the completion of the II cycle of studies (the originals are presented ‘a vista’ when documentation is handed in); 
• Diploma supplement for the I and II cycle of studies (certified copies), or certificate on passed exams for undergraduate and master studies, with indicated average mark.
• Teaching plan and program (Curricula) for pre-Bologna students. 
• Proof of payment of administrative costs of enrollment.

For Bachelor’s Program

• The tuition fee for a Bachelor's program ranges between €1,000 to €2,500.

For Master’s Program

• The tuition fee for the Master's program ranges between €1,200 to €3,000.

For Doctoral Program

• The tuition fee for a PhD program always varies by faculty.
