Royal Metropolitan University was founded in 2019 with the support of Kyrgyz government and medicine experts to meet the demand to provide quality medical education. The main focus is to offer a medicine program in English language for international students of Asia. Furthermore, the university introduced modern teaching methods, digital classrooms, simulation centers and practical training systems to match international standards.
RMU owns its educational and financial assets and operates independently under Kyrgz legislation. Moreover, the university consists of 2 faculties such as General Medicine and Dentistry, these two faculties are further divided into 4 departments. Bachelor's Degree
MD Program
RMU offers two main faculties:
- Faculty of General Medicine (MBBS/MD)
- Faculty of Dentistry (BDS)
To apply at RMU, international students must:
- Provide a completed secondary school certificate with strong grades in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Submit an application form with passport-size photographs.
- Present a medical fitness certificate.
- Provide translated and notarized copies of academic documents.
- Show proof of English language ability (if required).
Enrollment in Degree
Once admitted, students are required to:
- Submit their original documents with certified translations.
- Provide a birth certificate with translation into Russian or Kyrgyz.
- Show proof of valid health insurance.
- Complete university registration formalities and student ID process.
- Pay tuition fees within the given deadline.
- Register for hostel accommodation if required.
The tuition fees are as follows:

The tuition fee is $3000 to $4100 per annum.
Dentistry (BDS)
